Unilira (“we”) runs this website, unilira.com, and our WhatsApp business number. This page explains what we collect, what we use it for, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- When you book a meeting or send a message on the site: your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, company if you give it, and the message itself.
- When you message us on WhatsApp (including after tapping one of our ads): your number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, the text of the messages you send, and — if you came from an ad — which ad it was.
- Basic technical data: cookies the site needs to work and to remember your language and theme. We use no advertising cookies and sell no data.
What we use it for
- To answer you and follow up about the service you asked about.
- To learn which of our ads reach people who are actually interested, and improve them.
- To send you a confirmation or reminder for a meeting you booked.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have not contacted us, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who sees it
The Unilira team only — each person sees the contacts assigned to them. It is stored on our hosting provider’s servers (Hostinger). WhatsApp messages pass through Meta under WhatsApp’s terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch or working together, then until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than two years after our last contact.
How to have your data deleted
Send us “please delete my data” on WhatsApp or by email from the same number or address, and we will remove it from our systems within 30 days and confirm:
